This extension lets you change the phpBB logo to a custom image. Heard there's also a way to change the banner, but I'm not sure how.
Strange that you need an entire extension to do something so simple, right?

My motivations are to stabilize and provide clarity through curiosity. That tends to manifest as creating (hopefully) just enough process. Checklists are my absolute favorite.
