Anyways, the first phone to be featured will be this, the Sony-Ericsson Xperia Pureness. It was Sony's expensive attempt to draw attention away from the iPhone, and onto their hands. However, things didn't go as planned.
That mind-boggling transparent display inflated the price to around a thousand dollars, which was hard to justify for a device that's still a "dumbphone" at heart. The fact that the US was still recovering from the famed 2008 economic crisis didn't help either, and with all the odds against it, it flopped.
Man does it look cool though.
